Rev 05 update: Cable strategy revised — balun kits for all runs over 100ft (8 kits). Ready-made XLR only, zero soldering. Section 06 cost reduced from ~$2,190 to ~$1,330. Total project ~$49.3K.

Women's Sections: Exercise Room (Zone D), Oak Room (Zone H), Play Yard, and corridor near women's bathrooms are designated women's areas. These zones are priority for clear audio coverage during Eid prayer. Zone J (Handball Courts) added as overflow.
